Morgan appeared in Morgan was featured in a Safe Sex for Men and Women educational video that focused on AIDS Education and Prevention. The proceeds of this video were donated in part to the American Foundation for AIDS Research. Morgan serves as a participant of the Entertainment Industry AIDS Task Force. Morgan was the primary driver behind many fund-raising campaigns for the disease. She also spoke before an Congressional special committee that focused on AIDS education. She is a member of the Board of Directors for Amfar and the board of Governors of APLA. The former Surgeon General C. Everett Koop has asked her on occasion to fill in for him at AIDS celebrations and she's presented an AIDS Awareness Special featuring anchorman Steve Bell. Ted Koppell and Morgan have made appearances on Nightline two times to talk about AIDS. Morgan has received the Emmy nomination for a particular episode on Murphy Brown written for her by Diane English. Morgan co-starred on the ABC show Your Money or Your Wife along with Joan Rivers. The summer began with Murder At The PTA Luncheon. The show, Von Zerneck/Sertner also included Cindy Williams and Marla Gabbs. Her next film was Harmony Gold produced Sherlock Holmes and the Leading Lady together with Christopher Lee and Patrick McNee. Morgan was also the sole actor in the USA Network's psychological suspense-thriller, which garnered some of most impressive ratings they have ever seen.
